Now hiring! Full-time Customer Experience Associate to join the Montesere Customer Experience team in a hybrid capacity, splitting time between remote customer support and hands-on operational support in person at our fulfillment location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quickly and thoroughly respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat

Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, professional, and efficient manner

Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and special requests for online customers

Support customers with product questions, shipping updates, order changes, and aftercare information

Handle customer requests and special cases with care and attention to detail

Assist with fulfillment support when needed, including packaging, quality checks, personalization, returns, exchanges, and stock transfers

Support retail and pop-up operations when needed, including helping customers, completing transactions, and receiving replenishment shipments

Work closely with the operations, logistics, and marketing teams to make sure customers receive a premium brand experience from purchase to delivery

Help teammates during peak seasons, product launches, campaigns, and community events

REQUIREMENTS

1 to 3+ years of customer service experience

Passionate about helping customers and creating a premium customer experience

Connection to Montesere’s philosophy of timeless, thoughtful, everyday luxury

Team player who collaborates well with others

Positive attitude, self-starter, proactive, and resourceful

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented

Strong e-commerce system capabilities

Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, NetSuite, or similar platform experience is a plus

Thrives in a fast-paced brand environment and can adapt quickly

Flexible availability, including early or late hours, weekdays and weekends, both on-site and remotely with a strong internet connection required

Compensation range for this role is $20 to $23 per hour, commensurate with geographical location, skills, and experience.
