1. Return / Exchange Conditions

Montesere (“we,” “us,” “our”) accepts returns or exchanges of Montesere products (“Products”) that are eligible for return (as defined in Montesere’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale) within 30 calendar days of receiving the Products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for personalized Products or any other Products for which you were informed at the time of purchase that they could not be returned (in accordance with applicable laws) (“Non-returnable Products”).

We allow exchanges only for the same Product (at the same price) in a different size or color. If you wish to receive a different Product or the same Product in another color, please return your original Product for a refund and place a new order online.

To qualify for a return or exchange, Products must meet the following conditions:

Be in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and undamaged.

Be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, documents (e.g., instruction booklets, certificates), and protective covers.

Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, or soiled Products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

This policy does not affect your legal rights concerning Products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must notify us of your intention. You may do so by:

Logging into your account at montesere.com, accessing your Order History, and completing the online return form by selecting the Product(s) you wish to return and specifying the quantity and reason for return.

You will receive an email confirmation for your return or exchange request. Please follow the instructions below to prepare your package for return:

1. Prepare the Products:

Wrap the Products securely to prevent damage during transit.

Place them in their original packaging, if available, and then in the shipping box in which you received your order.

2. Attach the Return Label:

Affix the prepaid return shipping label (included in your shipping box) to the outside of the package, covering the original label.

If you have lost the return label, contact our Client Service team for assistance.

3. Ship the Package:

Schedule a pickup with the carrier via their website or contact the Client Service team to arrange a collection. Alternatively, you can drop off the package at the nearest carrier drop-off location.

Please note: Products must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days of submitting your return or exchange request.
